What is the "Liability Limit"?
Liability Limit : The maximum service fee you will be charged.
Depending on the extent of the restoration, the final fee may be reduced.
Example: Adjustment Standard I (Declared Value / Price Limit: ¥32,000) If our professional restoration results in an approximately 80% recovery of the card's original condition: ¥32,000 × 80% = ¥25,600 (Actual amount billed)
Peace of Mind: If we determine that the recovery rate is less than 30% based on our standards, no service fee will be charged, even if you have selected a fixed-rate plan.
Compensation for Damage
1.7% of the Declared Value (Pre-paid) for Structural Adjustment and Cleaning services.
In the event that damage is determined to be the responsibility of our company, compensation will be provided via one of the following methods:
1. Bank Transfer : A refund of the compensation amount to your designated account.
2. Service Deposit (+15% Bonus) : Credited as a deposit for future use with an additional 15% bonus.
Encapsulated Card Removal
Regarding any damage that may occur during the removal of the card from its holder, we will not provide any compensation for the card’s value, regardless of whether the cause is attributable to our company or an external factor.
