STEP 2
Complete the Application Form
Enter your card details and in the form, and upload photos of the front and back of each card.
STEP 3
Accept Your Estimate & Verify Your Identity
Once you accept the preliminary estimate based on your photos, complete the online identity verification process (eKYC). It takes approximately 3 minutes.
STEP 4
Pack & Ship Your Cards
After your identity verification is complete, we will send you the shipping address via LINE. Please pack and ship your cards according to our packing guide.
STEP 5
Receive Your Final Offer
Within 2 business days of receiving your cards, we will inspect them and send you our final offer via LINE.
STEP 6
Accept Your Offer & Get Paid
Once you accept our final offer, please provide your bank account details for the transfer. We will transfer payment within 2 business days after receiving your information.

Q Who pays for shipping?
You are responsible for the initial shipping costs. If the completed purchase totals ¥100,000 or more, we will cover both the shipping and return shipping costs. If we purchase at least one card, we will also cover the return shipping costs for any cards you would like returned. If no cards are purchased, they will be returned to you cash on delivery (COD).
Q What if I am not satisfied with the offer?
We will return your cards. If at least one card is purchased, we will cover the return shipping costs. If no cards are purchased, the cards will be returned cash on delivery (COD). You can decide whether to accept the offer after receiving the appraisal results, so there is no obligation to proceed.
Q Is there a limit to how many cards I can send?
A There is currently no limit. You can submit multiple cards in one application.
Q When will I receive payment?
A We will transfer payment within 2 business days after confirming your acceptance of our offer.
Q Is identity verification required?
A Yes. Identity verification is required under Japan’s Secondhand Articles Dealer Act. The process is completed online and takes approximately 3 minutes.
